Shipping Policy

At Curvez by Cheekz, we carefully prepare each order before shipment. Please review the following information regarding processing and delivery times.

Order Processing
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Personalized and custom-made items may require additional processing time.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is approximately 5–20 business days, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and selected shipping method.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, certain circumstances are outside the control of Curvez by Cheekz. Delivery may be affected by:

• Carrier or transportation delays

• Severe weather or natural events

• Air or ground transportation disruptions

• Customs processing for applicable shipments

• Holidays and periods of unusually high shipping volume

Curvez by Cheekz is not responsible for carrier-related delays that occur after a package has been shipped.

Customs, Duties & Additional Fees
For applicable orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier. These charges are not included in the purchase price unless specifically stated at checkout.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order. Curvez by Cheekz cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Tracking Your Order
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.
