Handmade and customized products may have slight variations. These variations are not necessarily considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.

3. PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and other offers are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, typographical, or other errors and to cancel or adjust an affected order when reasonably necessary. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing or product information, inventory issues, or suspected misuse of our website or services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, sizing, personalization, and other order information.

5. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization information before placing an order, including:

• Names and spelling
• Initials
• Wording
• Sizes
• Colors
• Designs
• Images or other customization details

Personalized and custom-made merchandise is generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by law or where Curvez by Cheekz made an error or the product arrives defective.

Production may begin shortly after an order is received.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Curvez by Cheekz as soon as possible and provide your name and order number.

After the 1-hour cancellation window, orders may begin processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

Personalized and custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, even if production begins within the 1-hour cancellation window.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

7. PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information when making a purchase.

Payments may be processed through Shopify or other authorized third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders when payment cannot be verified or when a transaction is identified as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please allow up to 5 business days, excluding holidays, for order processing.

Shipping and delivery times vary and may generally range from 5 to 20 days, depending on the product, destination, carrier, fulfillment method, and other circumstances.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, natural events, transportation interruptions, or other logistical delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Eligible return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Refund Policy.

Certain merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for health, hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. This includes applicable:
